Before use, check the flakes have not yellowed.

Compounded with a retarder, defoamer or air-entraining agent, it fits each job. Typical dosages: retarder 0.05%-0.2%, defoamer 0.01%-0.05%. Dissolve first, add in small steps, then trial mix. Never blend with naphthalene. Case: 15 g PC 6010F flake, 1.5 g citric acid, 1 g sugar and 85 g water gave 100 g at 15% active.

Stone powder only raises water demand; clay traps PCE by intercalation and consumes it. The methylene blue (MB) value tells them apart. Fix the dose, not the sand: PC 6010 for stiff concrete at the start, PC 6020RT for slump loss after 30 minutes. Raise in small steps and stop at saturation.
