PCE-Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powder

PC 3010 is spray dryed free–flowing powder form superplasticizer, which is a kind of free–flowing powder form superplasticizer, as a universal product, designed for applications of flowing mortars with universal and special cementitious binders.

Composed of polycarboxylate ether copolymer, its main chain anchors on the surface of cementitious binder particle while the unique comb structure as side chain stretches in the water.

The combination of electrostatic force and steric stretching effect imparts low water demand and high flowing ability to mortars.

It can bear high tempeture of the mortar during the reaction process

PC 6010F is flake form which is based on C6 polycarboxylate ether monomer. Which can have same character of liquid PCE when soluble into water

PC 6010P is in powder form based on C6 polycarboxylate ether monomer.

It is grinded from solid Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer, it have almost the same funciton as liquid PCE when add water.

PC 6010RT is in powder form based on C6 polycarboxylate ether monomer. Which is with good slump retention.

It is grinded from solid Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer, it have almost the same funciton as liquid PCE when add water.

It is with higher water reducing rate and high collapse resistance.In addition to the inherent characteristics of the powder water reducer, the biggest advantage is that it has very good collapse retention. It can be directly dissolved in water to prepare a liquid water reducing agent, and all indicators can reach the performance of a liquid polycarboxylic acid water reducing pumping agent, which makes the application process greatly convenient. For use in remote areas, simply stir and evenly dissolve it. The product has the characteristics of uniform particles, low water content, good solubility, high water reduction, and high collapse retention.
